For many small business owners, bookkeeping is a chore. For me, bookkeeping is what I do. Building a solid financial foundation is critical to the well-being of any business. Having an experienced professional take care of your books will free up your time and money so you may focus on your business.

Your company is unique, and my goal is to not just be your bookkeeper but your financial partner. I will design a program to meet your financial needs — I can offer monthly bank reconciliations, and provide quarterly financial statements so that you can view how your business is doing.

Your business is my business. My goal is to help you find ways to minimize expenses, limit liabilities and help maximize income. More than keeping the books, my job is about advising clients to help them succeed.

Payroll Services

As a business owner you are starting to hire employees. Once this is done, what do you do next?

You can hire a large payroll tax provider who will charge you for every step of the way, or you can use a local firm to get you started and prepare the weekly or monthly payroll for your employees.

We can file all payroll tax forms, and set up your tax deposit filings with both the Internal Revenue Service and State Taxation Departments. We can also provide year-end W2 forms, 1099s, and file these with the proper tax authorities.

testimonial iconIt is so comforting to know that there are still a few hometown, personal and professional services available in this digital impersonal world of ours. Martin "Marty" Marcus has been my personal accountant for more than two decades. His talent goes way past daily accountant activity — he is my advisor, my go-to friend on financial matters, which is an invaluable asset in today’s quickly changing world. Most important, his skill is direct and very personal. It is very comforting to know that I have family taking care of me. ***(and he makes House Calls).
